How to Become a Partner.

Professional Advisors are a key partner with development officers in raising awareness, interest, and understanding of the benefits to donors and charities of leaving a legacy to donors' favorite charities. There is a win-win relationship in this marketing program for the ultimate benefit of the Stark County community with strengthened nonprofit institutions.

This form serves two important functions for for-profit organizations.

First, it is the official sign-up form. It tells us how your organization or firm plans to take advantage of the LEAVE A LEGACY^®campaign.
Second, once you complete this form, your organization will appear on our web site. Every participating nonprofit organization will be listed. LEAVE A LEGACY^® will link to your site if you have one.
